Our in-house research, strategy and development capabilities give us an affordable, well-managed ability to develop market-leading technologies and affordably maintain existing products.
As part of our continuous improvement processes, we ensure to stay-up-to-date with the latest developments within the transport management market as well as developments in new technology, led by our product team and an independent board of advisors.
We run regular deep dive workshops with our key customers, run by your Account Manager and attended by Product and Technical team members from Unicard, to discuss industry perspectives and upcoming challenges.
We also have a quarterly customer forum, bringing representatives from all of our key clients together to discuss the latest trends and collaborate on solutions together.
Each year we select certain customers to also join our Transport Advisory Council, which aims to create transport centres of excellence throughout the UK to promote knowledge sharing and best practice implementation.
