We are looking for a Service Lead to work alongside the Support Team to ensure tickets are managed within the designated SLA's and service quality remains to an excellent standard. You will be required to ensure processes are clearly defined and followed within ITIL and ISO service standards. You will need to be passionate about customer service and have experience working within a service management background.
