We are looking for a technically-focused Product Manager to look after our suite of products that are used exclusively by third party developers and other Unicard products. This includes libraries, APIs, SDKs, and data integration / data messaging platforms. The role will be responsible for day-to-day management and successful delivery of new functionality and new integrations, as well as acting as a subject matter expert for partner technical support and sales questions. It requires understanding of technically complex products at a functional and/or systems level (i.e. one step above code level).

This includes managing internal and outsourced developments according to established roadmaps, playing the lead role for product governance, planning, executing, monitoring, controlling and closing product development as well as all migrations from the previous versions. The candidates should control and deliver the product using defined processes and controls, following Agile methodology, to ensure it is managed and delivered within time, budget and to the highest possible quality.

The role will involve controlling development boundaries, stages, project delivery and a method to identify continuous improvements for both the product and the business. The ability to learn quickly and offer proactive insight and drive change, as well as bring new thinking and ways of working, split across different geographic locations, is a must, as is possessing drive, ambition and very strong interpersonal skills.

The role combines internal and external communications and should be comfortable understanding conversations at a developer-to-developer level. The role will be primarily be based around our office in Bournemouth with the option for remote working a few days per week; it may also require very occasional travel to the offices of our customers throughout the UK and office in Bulgaria.
