Unicard Back Office enables distributed
operations through a suite of internet-based modules:
- Registration
Registers a request for a card and services, and captures
the cardholder's photo using a digital camera or scanner, plus biometric
data (Iris, fingerprint...) and proof of identity.
- Cardholder and service
management
Captures and manages cardholder details, services and manages
their evolution over multiple channels including helpdesk, website,
mobile terminals and the 3rd party interface module.
- Card and application
management
Prepares and manages cards and applications, which can be printed
locally or by a bureau. This module has the ability to manage the
card and applications life cycle over multiple channels such as helpdesk,
website, mobile terminals and the 3rd party interface module. It is
used, for example, to load new applications onto existing cards over
the internet or a mobile network.
- 3rd party interface
management
Integrates and synchronises third party systems over manual, operator
based or B2B interfaces.
- Card and letter printing
Produces and dispatches cards locally or in a remote bureau
- Scheme administration
Handles all administration tasks, including operator and
role management, reports, batch import/export, and so on
