Directions from the North (and East)

On the M3 (southbound) head towards Southampton, and then head onto the M27 Westbound (signposted 'Bournemouth')

Keep on the M27 until it becomes the A31

Follow the A31. At Ringwood, keep straight on following signs to Poole (not Bournemouth)

You’ll approach a series of Roundabouts. Keep following the A31

At the fourth roundabout, the A31 goes heads off to the right. Keep on it

At the next roundabout, take the first exit signposted Ferndown Industrial estate

Drive through the industrial estate – when you reach the traffic lights at the far end, turn LEFT immediately afterwards, into Pear Tree Business Center
