Unicard works with local authorities to define best value smart card scheme infrastructures, based on current standards, business models and state of the art technical components.

This process normally requires close collaboration with the business consultants for the scheme, and we will work in partnership with them to realise an end-to-end strategy study for local authority-driven schemes.
